Jamie Coleman BSc

Graduate Ecologist
Since graduating from the University of Newcastle in 2010, Jamie has focused on marine ecology and ornithology. Prior to joining E3 in spring 2012, Jamie was Senior Warden on Farne Island, monitoring the breeding success of key seabird populations, recording migrant birds and carrying out daily marine mammal and lepidoptera surveys.
Since joining E3, Jamie has gained extensive bird survey experience, primarily in relation to proposed wind farms. Survey has included breeding bird surveys, walkover surveys and vantage point surveys in a range of habitat types. In addition, Jamie is gaining experience of protected species survey and is training towards obtaining licences for both bat and newt survey.
