Amie joined E3 in March 2017. She is currently gaining experience in a variety of protected species surveys and ecological report writing.

Prior to joining E3 Amie gained experience of practical habitat management and ecological surveys during a 3 month internship in Kruger National Park, South Africa following her graduation. During this she collected primary data on the local biodiversity and the impact of the drought on wild flora and fauna for conservation researchers and reserve management. 

With an interest in wildlife-human conflicts Amie has done much conservation volunteering in both the UK and overseas. These included monitoring and working with red squirrels, peregrine falcons, elephant rehabilitation and Africa's Big Five.

Whilst at university Amie undertook modules of ecological principles, environmental GIS, biodiversity and society and environmental policy.
